No Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of digital products. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases.

No Physical Products

All items in our shop are instant digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your files.

Email Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct and capable of receiving emails. Meeplanner is not responsible for undelivered downloads due to incorrect or invalid email addresses.

No Cancellations

As digital products are made available for download immediately after purchase, cancellations are not permitted once access to the product has been granted. Please review all product details carefully and contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.
