Contact UsDigital planning is just like a traditional paper planning. The only difference is that it doesn't use paper and doesn't take up extra space. Usually such planners are files in PDF format that can be used on annotating apps like Goodnotes 5, Notability, Xodo, Zoomnotes, Noteshelf, etc. With additional functions such as hyperlinks that help in navigating thru the digital planner pages. These files are imported into note taking apps that allow you to make use of the built-in interactivity.
We recommend ANY iPad compatible with the apple pencil. If you are on a budget, there are great iPads out there that aren't as expensive. When choosing an iPad we always recommend to get the one in your budget range.
Although all our tutorial videos are made on iPads with the app Goodnotes 5, digital planning can be done across other devices. We recommend you to try the free journal with your device and app. We have heard of apps such as Xodo, Notability, Zoomnotes, Noteshelf, and CollaNote.
My planners are designed to be best used with the iPad and Apple Pencil. Of course, you can still edit and view the file on your phone or Mac using a dedicated application, such as GoodNotes 5.
You can use a MacBook as long as you're able to download the app Goodnotes 5. We highly recommend using an iPad over a Macbook so you can get the writing feature.
You can print the planners, but you will be printing the planner as it is shown (with tabs). It is not recommended you use the planners as printables.
To get started, you will need a digital device (laptop, tablet, phone), a note taking app, and a planner. For digital planning, you will need an iPad or a tablet with a stylus. These are the main tools needed to use such digital files. Additionally, you will need an application that supports pdf files and allows you to take full advantage of all the features (like GoodNotes 5,
Notability etc.) It will also be very useful to know shortcuts and the general functions of the selected application. My planners were tested on GoodNotes app which I highly recommend.
All my digital planners are designed to be best used with the iPad device. However, you can still use it by using Android pdf friendly note taking applications such as Noteshelf.
